Terms and Conditions
Please read the following terms of service as they govern your use of HobaPins's shop. By clicking the checkbox, you are agreeing to follow and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
HobaPins also reserves the right to modify the following Terms and Conditions at any given time without prior notifications. Users of this website must agree and abide by these changes accordingly. Please review this page periodically for any potential changes and modifications to the Terms and Conditions.
- A preorder item is an item that is not yet in stock and ready to ship.
- By preordering an item from my shop you are helping fund and send that product into production.
- Preorders can take anywhere between 2 weeks to 4 months to be funded, produced, and shipped to me. Estimated production times will be posted in the item's product description, though production times are always subject to change.
- Funds for preorder products go directly to the manufacturer to pay for production, because of this, I ask that you be 100% certain that you want to preorder as I will NOT offer refunds after 24 hours of the preorder being placed.
- Please do not order a preorder item if you are unwilling or unable to wait the required amount of time it takes to fund, produce and ship an item
- If an in stock item is ordered with a preorder item, both items will not be shipped until preorder items are shipped to me.
- For the most recent updates regarding the status of preorders, please refer back to the product description of the product you ordered, the preorder updates page, or go to @hobapins on Instagram to see updates in stories.
- When placing an order on hobapins.com you must provide all accurate details regarding a complete shipping and billing address, email, phone number, and that you are an authorized user of the payment method used to place your order.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES, CANCELLATIONS
- HobaPins does not accept cancellations (after 24 hours) for preorder items
- No exchanges or returns are allowed unless you received a severely damaged item (excluding damage obviously done by postal services) or the item you received was incorrect.
- For in stock items (items that were ready to ship when you placed your order and not designated as a preorder item), please allow 3-5 business days after placing your order for your item to ship.
- If it is outside of this shipping time and you have not received a tracking number, please verify that when placing your order you provided an email address and check your spam.
- If still no tracking number is present, email email@example.com
- HobaPins offers worldwide shipping from the USA
- If you are an international shopper (outside of the USA), please note that shipping times will vary and take longer periods of time (3-6 weeks in some cases). I please ask that you be patient.
- EU/UK customers may be subjected to VAT and Import taxes. HobaPins is not responsible for covering any of these charges.
- Once an item has left me, HobaPins is no longer responsible for lost or damaged items.
- All customers are provided with a tracking number when their items are sent out.
- HobaPins ships orders once a week. You may receive a tracking number via email on a certain day, however your tracking number may not update until later in the week when orders have been dropped off at the post office.
